What's Cooking?
This is what my sister and I cooked for dinner tonight :). First attempt to make tempura and it turned out nicely ;).
It's easy to prepare if there are two of you cooking *wink wink*, one is frying and the other dipping.
For the batter i used egg with ice (which i've read from the internet) and flour and seasoned with salt and pepper for the batter; for the breading we used Tempura shrimp flakes.

School Boys and Girl
January 2 was the first day of school for my 2 boys here in Singapore. Their school bus' pickup time was 6:15 am and so they woke up at 5:30am.
My eldest son was excited and anxious and was not able to sleep early. He's still awake at 2:30am. Good thing that he was excited, he was able to woke up at 5:30am!
And today is my daughter's first day of school, she's going to nursery. She's very excited to go to school and did not cry even though i didn't ride the school bus with her. She's very brave.

Still here..
Happenings...
#1 Arrival
Papa, Mama, CJ and Ryan arrived last saturday :). the house is in chaos now :p hehe
#2 New' 'do
Not me but kulit (my little girl) :).
We had mama cut kulit’s hair yesterday morning. This is her first hair cut since birth. Her hair is already waist long. Why cut the hair? It’s making her eczema get worse, her hair always gets on her face, and it will all grow back eventually ;)
