Festive n Lazy mood

I’m in the festive mood, not that the people here in the office are in the holiday mood also. It’s because Christmas is just around the corner, only 4 days to go!

I’m lazy to do some work in the office, just forcing myself to finish some work, plus it’s hard to concentrate :(. I envy those people who are now on leave. You might ask, why not take leave? I cannot take leave since my colleague friend is already on leave and no one will be left in our team, so sad that we can’t both take leave. Well even if I can take the leave, I only have a couple of available days leave hehehe.. so what I can only do is complain.. please bare with me *wink wink*

This morning, I only managed to add several lines in my test cases and just do some random and simple tests. Then went to check on my friends’ blogs and went to blog hop :p. I wish I can just blog hop and read all day :p.

Ok, I’ll try to add some more lines in my test cases.. still 3 hrs to go :p hehe

Ka-Highblood!

Haaayyy!!! Just had a confrontation with a developer at naninikip pa dibdib ko sa inis!
Ayaw mong makinig sa explanation ko at ipinipilit ang gusto mo! Pinapa-assign ko na nga yung defect sa akin, pero nag-iingay ka pa rin at ang lakas pa ng boses mo. To the rescue na tuloy yung kasama ko ding tester pero pati siya na-highblood din sa’yo. Hay!

Migraine

I was suppose to post this last Friday, Aug 17, but was not able to.. obvious ba.. hehehe kaya eto po huli man at magaling huli pa rin..


Nangyari ng Aug 17, 2007 :)

I have a very bad migraine when I woke up this morning and I blame this on my monthly visit.

Coz these past few months, I noticed that whenever I’m having my monthly visit, I would have this very bad migraine. Unfortunately di ako pwede mag-mc dahil may dapat akong tapusin na testing L hay kalungkot. Kaya eto wala po akong ganang magtrabaho dahil sa sakit ng ulo.. pero magblog meron.. hehehe

Ang natatandaan ko di naman ako ganito dati na mina-migraine pagdumarating ang dalaw. Bigla ko lang naisip na this might be due to the fact that I’m not getting younger anymore. (Don’t ask how “young” I am.. ok ok I’m on my early 30s *sigh* :p). I can also feel a lot of muscle aches and back pains. Hay dala na talaga ng katandaan, eto na nga ata ang tinatawag nilang hormonal imbalance (tama ba?). And dagdag pa ang stress sa buhay. Hay buhay :p.

Again Again..

Base on my ticker i'm with my previous company for 1 month and 2 weeks (and 2 days to be exact).

Yep you read it right, today is my first day of work with my previous previous company where my contract ended 1 month and 2 weeks ago. It was nice to see familiar faces and new faces as well. I feel a little bit shy since i've already said goodbye before and now they are seeing me again. Well that's work life! Employees come and go and come back again.. hehehe

Also feel excited and sad at the same time, coz the reason that i'm here is, i'll be taking over Da M's work and she'll be leaving the company soon. But she'll be working nearby so we'll still be able to see her and maybe meet her for lunch :).


She's currently turning over the projects that i'll be handling.. quite scared though, hope i would be able to carry out the tasks i'm given.

Work

Alas, I've already managed to finish the test data for the test package B1.. yipeee! As the saying goes “at the end of the tunnel there’s light”..

But wait, there is still test package B2!!

Eto lang ang aking masasabi.. “at the end of the tunnel there’s light and another tunnel” hehehe

That’s what I call work life!! Hehe ;) ang saya!

Job Hunting

Today is the 3rd day of May and still doing my job hunting. I'm getting soooo worried now, my contract will be ending on the 31st of May. Have sent my CV to a lot of companys and agents but have not gotten any reply yet :(.

I keep on reminding myself that God will not abandon me that He is my strength. With this in mind, I'm browsing thru the emails I have received and run into this email sent by CJ.

Subject: God Will Never Turn His Back On You

Hebrews 13:5-6
5… He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."

For six whole hours, the Son of God was suspended between heaven and earth. And at the height of His suffering on the cross, He cried out in the deep darkness, "My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?" (Matthew 27:45-46)For the first time, Jesus addressed His Father as "God". The Father had forsaken the Son. As Judge of the universe, God had to turn His back on His Son, who was carrying all the filth of the world's sins, for His eyes are too pure to behold evil. (Habakkuk 1:13)If the Father had not turned His back on His Son, He would have to turn His back on you today when you call out to Him in your hour of need. But because Jesus took your place, today, you take His place, and have God's face smiling on you always! Right now, God's face is smiling on you. His countenance is shining on you. I can stand before you and declare, "The Lord make His face shine upon you." (Numbers 6:25-26) And it is all because Jesus has paid the price for God to never leave you nor forsake you. (Hebrews 13:5) As Judge, God turned His back on His Son. But as Father, He cried. His heart was broken because Christ was never more pleasing to Him than when He was on the cross. Christ's suffering was a sweet-smelling aroma to the Father. (Ephesians 5:2)Do you remember what Jesus said? "Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again." (John 10:17) If you are a parent, you love each one of your children equally. But when one of them does something special for you out of love, it touches your heart, and you just want to run to him and hug him. That was what happened at the cross, except that the Father could not embrace His Son. Instead, He had to turn His back on His Son because our sins had to be punished in His Son's body.Beloved, when you cry out to the Father for help, know that He hears you and will surely help you. Because of Jesus, He will never turn His back on you!

Monday Blues

All alone in the test lab of our office at cityhall, my officemates are at our chai chee office. Today is a very lazy day because tomorrow is a holiday. Wishing that it's already 6:30pm so that I can already pack my bags and go home :p.

I'm trying to simulate a defect, (started Friday doing this hoping to reproduce the error today), already getting a headache but still no luck :( *sigh*. I still have half a day to do this *sigh again*. On the positive note this will help me fill my timesheet for today :).
